What this policy covers

This policy describes how Magical Minds Pediatric Clinic handles information submitted through this website. It does not cover clinical records created during a consultation, which are held as part of your child's medical record.

The appointment request form collects the name you give, a phone number, and optionally an email address, your child's age, a preferred time, and a short description of the concern you want help with. Nothing else is collected through this form.

Please do not send detailed medical records, test results or images through this form. Bring them to the consultation instead.

Why we collect it and how it is used

This information is used for one purpose: to contact you about the appointment you requested. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.

How long it is kept

Appointment requests are kept only as long as needed to arrange and follow up on the appointment. Where a request leads to a consultation, the clinical record that follows is retained separately as part of your child's medical record.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking scripts.
